Su Hui 6f39bea662 wifi: rtlwifi: rtl8192se: using calculate_bit_shift()

Using calculate_bit_shift() to replace _rtl92s_phy_calculate_bit_shift().
And fix the undefined bitwise shift behavior problem.

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.

Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
