This reverts commit 8fc8e903156f42c66245838441d03607e9067381.
It was expected that the fixes in HD-audio codec side would make the
workaround redundant, but unfortunately it doesn't seem sufficing.
Resurrect the workaround for now.

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
