Implement the cpuv4 load with sign-extension, which is encoded as BPF_MEMSX (and, for internal uses cases only, BPF_PROBE_MEMSX). This is the same as BPF_MEM and BPF_PROBE_MEM, but with sign extension instead of zero extension, and s390x has the necessary instructions: lgb, lgh and lgf. ``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
