Subhash Jadavani 73eba2be92 scsi: ufs: fix arguments order some trace calls
Colin Ian King reported that with commit 7ff5ab473633 ("scsi: ufs: add
tracing support") static analysis is reporting that we may have swapped
arguments on calls to:

    trace_ufshcd_runtime_resume,
    trace_ufshcd_runtime_suspend,
    trace_ufshcd_system_suspend,
    trace_ufshcd_system_resume,
and trace_ufshcd_init

Where:
    hba->uic_link_state is passed to dev_state
    hba->curr_dev_pwr_mode is passed to link_state

This wasn't intentional so it's a bug. This change fixed this bug.

Linux kernel
============

This file was moved to Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst

Please notice that there are several guides for kernel developers and users.
These guides can be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF.

In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``.

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
See Documentation/00-INDEX for a list of what is contained in each file.

Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
