Andiry Xu 74bb844af8 xHCI: release spinlock when setup interrupt 
Jiri Slaby reports spinlock is held while calling kmalloc(GFP_KERNEL)
and request_irq() in xhci_resume().

Release the spinlock when setup interrupt.
