scsi: esas2r: Introduce scsi_template_proc_dir()
Prepare for removing the 'proc_dir' and 'present' members from the SCSI host template. This commit does not change any functionality. Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
