[ Upstream commit 7f3d03c48b1eb6bc45ab20ca98b8b11be25f9f52 ] The commit 8b45a26f2ba9 ("drm/msm/dpu: reserve cdm blocks for writeback in case of YUV output") introduced a smatch warning about another conditional block in dpu_encoder_helper_phys_cleanup() which had assumed hw_pp will always be valid which may not necessarily be true. Lets fix the other conditional block by making sure hw_pp is valid before dereferencing it. Linux kernel ============ There are several guides for kernel developers and users. These guides can be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. Please read Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or ``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at: https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/ There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory, several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation. Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
