Replace each occurrence of __ASM__MB with a (trailing) smp_mb() in xchg(), cmpxchg(), and remove the now unused __ASM__MB definitions; this improves readability, with no additional synchronization cost. There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory, several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation. See Documentation/00-INDEX for a list of what is contained in each file.
