Todd Poynor 7ad2b7f595 [MTD] mtd_blkdevs.c: Remove DEVFS leftovers ...

Remove mtd_blkdevs refs to the no longer functional DEVFS filesystem.

Verified mtdblock continues to work fine via udev with these calls
removed.
