Yang Yingliang 7bc9c5ad52 clocksource/drivers/timer-ti-dm: Fix missing clk_disable_unprepare in dmtimer_systimer_init_clock()

If clk_get_rate() fails which is called after clk_prepare_enable(),
clk_disable_unprepare() need be called in error path to disable the
clock in dmtimer_systimer_init_clock().

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.

Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
