Ilya Leoshkevich 7e17eac28a s390/unwind: disable KMSAN checks

The unwind code can read uninitialized frames.  Furthermore, even in the
good case, KMSAN does not emit shadow for backchains.  Therefore disable
it for the unwinding functions.
