Sakari Ailus 801f3b0c40 media: ov13858: Select V4L2_FWNODE

The ov13858 driver depends on the V4L2 fwnode, thus add that to Kconfig.

In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``.
