[Why] When playing NV12 1080p MPO video, it is pipe splitting so we see two pipes in fullscreen and four pipes in windowed mode. Pipe split is happening because we are setting MaximumMPCCombine = 1 [How] Algorithm for MaximumMPCCombine has extra conditions we do not need. There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
