Henrik Kurelid 81c67b7f82 firesat: avc resend ...

- Add resending of AVC message to the card if no answer is received
  - Replace the homebrewed event_wait function with a standard wait queue
  - Clean up of log/error messages
  - Increase debug level of avc communication
