Aaron Liu 8225630ea6 Revert "drm/amdgpu: disable stutter mode for renoir" ...

This reverts commit 5813f97a5969bf1e7e723397a74e00b5de7278d6.

Since SBIOS WCD9925N, NMI printing disappeared. Hence enable stutter
mode.
