For SysV semaphores, the semmni value is the last part of the 4-element sem number array. To make semmni behave in a similar way to msgmni and shmmni, we can't directly use the _minmax handler. Instead, a special sem specific handler is added to check the last argument to make sure that it is limited to the [0, IPCMNI] range. An error will be returned if this is not the case. Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
