Dave Stevenson 8dc3b5d150 drm/vc4: hdmi: Correct HDMI timing registers for interlaced modes

For interlaced modes the timings were not being correctly
programmed into the HDMI block, so correct them.

several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.

Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
