The clock disable signal for video_cc_vcodec0_core_clk is tied to vcodec0_gdsc which is supported in the HW control mode. Thus turning off the clock would be taken care automatically when the GDSC turns OFF by hardware and clock driver does not require to poll on the CLK_OFF bit. ``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
