If MLX5_PRIV_FLAGS_DISABLE_ALL_ADEV is set it means the device is going down and mlx5_rescan_drivers_locked() shouldn't be called. With this patch and the previous one in the series, unbinding a PCI function when its netdev is part of a bond works and leaves the system in a working state. ``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
