Gaosheng Cui 9630432b42 intel/igbvf: free irq on the error path in igbvf_request_msix()

In igbvf_request_msix(), irqs have not been freed on the err path,
we need to free it. Fix it.

In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``.  The formatted documentation can also be read online at:

several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
