This compiles out some functions that are not being used to keep the build clean so that we can see the "real" warnings and errors. Non-Accelerated 10Gbe network driver.
TODO:
- remove wrappers
- checkpatch.pl cleanups
- new functionality that the card needs
- remove reliance on x86
