In a subsequent patch, we will fold the prolog/epilog routines that are part of the support code to call SetVirtualAddressMap() with a 1:1 mapping into the callers. However, the 64-bit version mostly consists of ugly mapping code that is only used when efi=old_map is in effect, which is extremely rare. So let's move this code out of the way so it does not clutter the common code. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
