This reverts commit bb9d85f6e9de8fef5236c076530eab67a2f2431b. New ddb allocation algorithm is a show stopper on my SKL system. Besides not be able to get external DP 4k@60 (through USB type C), It fully hang my screen when unplugging the USB type C. These guides can be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or ``make pdfdocs``.
