Christoph Hellwig 9b5bf2421b drm/vmwgfx: remove CONFIG_INTEL_IOMMU ifdefs v2 ...

intel_iommu_enabled is defined as always false for !CONFIG_INTEL_IOMMU,
so remove the ifdefs around it.
