Rohith Surabattula 9e550b0852 TCON Reconnect during STATUS_NETWORK_NAME_DELETED 
When server returns error STATUS_NETWORK_NAME_DELETED, TCON
must be marked for reconnect. So, subsequent IO does the tree
connect again.
