Mythri P K a05ce78f30 OMAPDSS: HDMI: update static timing table

Add the vsync polarity, hsync polarity, interlace to hdmi_video_timings.
Remove the now duplicate structure hdmi_timings.
update the static table structure in HDMI with CEA/VESA code and mode.
