According to the Intel SDM, volume 2, "CPUID," the index is
significant (or partially significant) for CPUID leaves 0FH, 10H, 12H,
17H, 18H, and 1FH.
Add the corresponding flag to these CPUID leaves in do_host_cpuid().

``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
