The various _ioremap_resource functions are not built when CONFIG_HAS_IOMEM is disabled but no stubs are provided. Given how widespread IOMEM usage is in drivers and how rare !IOMEM configurations are in practical use let's just provide some stubs so users will build without having to add explicit dependencies on IOMEM. The most likely use case is builds with UML for KUnit testing. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
