Enable bpf programs to make use of rstat to collect cgroup hierarchical stats efficiently: - Add cgroup_rstat_updated() kfunc, for bpf progs that collect stats. - Add cgroup_rstat_flush() sleepable kfunc, for bpf progs that read stats. - Add an empty bpf_rstat_flush() hook that is called during rstat flushing, for bpf progs that flush stats to attach to. Attaching a bpf prog to this hook effectively registers it as a flush callback. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
