Stephen Boyd 4222744d40 Merge branches 'clk-starfive', 'clk-ti', 'clk-terminate' and 'clk-cleanup' into clk-next

- Audio clks on StarFive JH7100 RISC-V SoC
 - Terminate arrays with sentinels and make that clearer
 - Cleanup SPDX tags
 - Fix typos in comments
