Switchdev mode allows to add mirroring rules to mirror incoming and outgoing packets to the interface's port representor. Previously, this was available only using software functionality. Add possibility to offload this functionality to the NIC hardware. Introduce ICE_MIRROR_PACKET filter action to the ice_sw_fwd_act_type enum to identify the desired action and pass it to the hardware as well as the VSI to mirror. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
