INADDR_ANY is hard-coded when activating UDP bearer. So, we could not bind to a specific IP address even with replicast mode using - given remote ip address instead of using multicast ip address. There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
