When doing a route dump across all address families, do not error out if the table does not exist. This allows a route dump for AF_UNSPEC with a table id that may only exist for some of the families. several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
