Move ipa_suspend_handler() into "ipa_clock.c" from "ipa_main.c", to group with the reset of the suspend/resume code. This IPA interrupt is triggered if an IPA RX endpoint is suspended but has a packet to be delivered. Introduce ipa_power_setup() and ipa_power_teardown() to add and remove the handler for the IPA SUSPEND interrupt at the same place as before, while allowing the handler to remain private. Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
