In NV21 format, the chroma plane is written to memory such that the U and V components are swapped for NV12. Create a new entry in the VPDMA formats to describe the correct data types used in the data descriptors. Update all checks for NV12 and add NV21 there as well. Add support for V4L2_PIX_FMT_NV21 format for both capture and output streams. Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
