Jussi Laako f7fea075ed ALSA: usb-audio: Update for native DSD support quirks 
Maintenance patch for native DSD support.

Remove incorrect T+A device quirks. Move set of device quirks to vendor
quirks. Add set of missing device and vendor quirks.
