Gleb Chesnokov ad14649fc5 scsi: qla2xxx: Remove free_sg command flag 
The use of the free_sg command flag was dropped in commit 2c39b5ca2a8c
("qla2xxx: Remove SRR code"). Hence remove this flag and its check.
