[ Upstream commit 4b674dd69701c2e22e8e7770c1706a69f3b17269 ] While the check for format_count > 64 in __drm_universal_plane_init() shouldn't be hit (it's a WARN_ON), in its current position it will then leak the plane->format_types array and fail to call drm_mode_object_unregister() leaking the modeset identifier. Move it to the start of the function to avoid allocating those resources in the first place. Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
