Su Hui b81f679ac5 scsi: isci: Fix an error code problem in isci_io_request_build()

Clang static complains that Value stored to 'status' is never read. Return
'status' rather than 'SCI_SUCCESS'.

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.

Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
