Nicholas Sim b8a99fb513 staging: rtl8192u: rewrite NULL comparison for pointers ...

When testing pointers, it is not necessary to explicitly compare to
NULL. Rewrite if condition as (!ptr) or (ptr) as suggested in
Documentation/CodingStyle
