The shift setting can be calculated via the corresponding mask field, so remove these shift fields. The usage of da_vsel_mask is different from other mask defines because current code does shift regval before mask with the da_vsel_mask. Do proper shit to da_vsel_mask setting so we can calculate the shift. There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
