Ian Rogers be5764c4e2 perf vendor events: Update TremontX

Note 01.org has no TremontX directory but in mapfile.csv the family and
model:

match TremontX in the perf mapfile.csv:

Events are at version 1.17:

Json files generated by the latest code at:

floating-point.json is added.
