Neither Vlc nor Gstreamer likes the PES_scrambling_control bits. So, change, it. After such change, the stream now plays fine with Vlc, Gstreamer, ffmpeg - and with programs that use such libraries, like Kaffeine. requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
