Extend qat_bl_sgl_to_bufl() to allow skipping the mapping of a region of the source and the destination scatter lists starting from byte zero. This is to support the ZLIB format (RFC 1950) in the qat driver. The ZLIB format is made of deflate compressed data surrounded by a header and a footer. The QAT accelerators support only the deflate algorithm, therefore the header should not be mapped since it is inserted in software. Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
