[ Upstream commit 728246e8f7269ecd35a2c6e6795323e6d8f48db7 ] The 104-QUAD-8 only has two count modes where a ceiling value makes sense: Range Limit and Modulo-N. Outside of these two modes, setting a ceiling value is an invalid operation -- so let's report it as such by returning -EINVAL. Linux kernel ============ There are several guides for kernel developers and users. These guides can be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. Please read Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or ``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at: https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/ There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory, several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation. Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
