[ Upstream commit 11f4c2e940e2f317c9d8fb5a79702f2a4a02ff98 ] If of_clk_init() is not called in time_init(), clock providers defined in the system device tree are not initialized, resulting in failures for other devices to initialize due to missing clocks. Similarly to other architectures and to the default kernel time_init() implementation, call of_clk_init() before executing timer_probe() in time_init(). Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
See Documentation/00-INDEX for a list of what is contained in each file.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
