Andrei Vagin c34c128777 sock_diag: fix autoloading of the raw_diag module
IPPROTO_RAW isn't registred as an inet protocol, so
inet_protos[protocol] is always NULL for it.

In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``.  The formatted documentation can also be read online at:

several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
