Tom Rix c416e9bb85 qlcnic: dcb: default to returning -EOPNOTSUPP
[ Upstream commit 1521db37f0d42334a88e8ff28198a27d1ed5cd7b ]

Clang static analysis reports this issue
qlcnic_dcb.c:382:10: warning: Assigned value is
  garbage or undefined
  mbx_out = *val;
          ^ ~~~~

val is set in the qlcnic_dcb_query_hw_capability() wrapper.
If there is no query_hw_capability op in dcp, success is
returned without setting the val.

For this and similar wrappers, return -EOPNOTSUPP.

Linux kernel
============

There are several guides for kernel developers and users. These guides can
be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. Please read
Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.

In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:

    https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.

Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
