Sam Ravnborg c587cd6fc8 drm/nouveau: drop drmP.h from nouveau_drv.h ...

Drop the deprecated drmP.h header from nouveau_drv.h.
Fix fallout in other parts of the driver.

Build tested using allmodconfig and allyesconfig.
