Pali Rohár c5c0ede221 PCI: iproc: Fix return value of iproc_msi_irq_domain_alloc()

IRQ domain alloc function should return zero on success. Non-zero value
indicates failure.

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.

Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
